Middle school is a brave new world for our kids. They'll be introduced to grades, multiple teachers, exciting new subjects and a growing independence. Whether your child is an incoming fifth grader, an almost high schooler, or somewhere in between, the work of the DPM APT will impact their school year.
Check out the Services tab to learn how.
The DPM APT Board invites you to attend the monthly APT meetings. They're a great way to hear firsthand from our principals important topics and events of interest within the school and the District, as well as to meet other DPM parents and ask questions. Whether you lead a committee, pitch in at an event, supply a treat for Staff Appreciation events, attend APT meetings, or simply follow us on Facebook your involvement is ALWAYS welcome & very much appreciated.
I have 2 kids: a 7th grader and a junior at LFHS. I'm available to answer any questions you may have. I look forward to meeting you and working with you to enhance the DPM experience for students & parents.
DPM APT President, 2017-2019
What's the APT?
We are the Association of Parents & Teachers. Our purpose is to foster cooperative working relationships, promote communication within the school community, and enhance the education and enrichment of our children.
Most families choose to join the APT when they register their kids for school. A $35 per family membership supports the APT at each school and provides the family with online access and a print copy of the APT Student Directory. To see if your family is a member Click Here. We are proud to work with these fine people:
The DPM APT would not be able to do enhance the educational experience of our kids without the support of these wonderful organizations & individuals. For more information on these great organizations, follow the links on the logos.
